GTA 6 Criminal Profile

MIXED EVIDENCE

Criminal Profile tracks how you commit crime, not whether you are a good person. Rob Nelson's Famitsu interview connects more aggressive conduct with a more aggressive world response. It is separate from immediate police Heat and from Jason and Lucia's relationship; exact scores and thresholds remain unpublished.

What the evidence supports

  • REPORTED: conduct affects world response
  • REPORTED: not an RDR2 Honor copy
  • Separate question from immediate police pursuit

Still unknown

  • Exact profile scale and reset rules
  • Separate protagonist values and ending thresholds
  • Complete consequences for each action

REPORTEDON RECORD ROCKSTAR INTERVIEW

Conduct, not moral alignment

Nelson describes an evaluation of criminal behavior rather than a good-versus-evil score.

What this does not prove: Do not turn the comparison with RDR2 into inherited Honor rewards or an identical progression system.

REPORTEDON RECORD ROCKSTAR INTERVIEW

Professional versus aggressive

The interview contrasts controlled criminal conduct with aggressive behavior and the resulting world response.

What this does not prove: These descriptions are not a verified complete tier list or a formula assigning points to individual actions.

REPORTEDON RECORD ROCKSTAR INTERVIEW

Consequences without a prescribed playstyle

Nelson discusses different experiences arising from different behavior, without prescribing one correct way to play.

What this does not prove: A possible consequence is not proof of a particular ending, permanent lockout, or optimal no-missables route.

Profile scale and persistence

A complete scale, reset procedure and per-character values are not established by the sources checked here.

What this does not prove: Professional / Aggressive / Violent / Psycho and a shatter mechanic are not published here as a verified four-tier specification.

FIELD NOTE 01

What kind of criminal, not good or evil

The useful question is how a crime is carried out. A page that labels one side good and the other bad loses the distinction this system is trying to make. Criminal actions remain the subject; a controlled approach and an escalating confrontation are different decisions within that subject.

That is also why a morality-meter graphic would be misleading. Our diagram connects decisions with reactions without inventing a numerical bar. It does not promise that every action updates the profile, that every response is immediate, or that the same action always produces an identical outcome.

FIELD NOTE 02

Criminal Profile versus wanted Heat

Keep two questions separate: what is happening during a police response, and what kind of conduct the wider system evaluates. A suspect description, witness report or active search is not automatically a profile category. Conversely, escaping a search is not evidence that a longer-lived behavior record has been erased.

For a future guide, we would need to record the visible profile before and after an action, then observe police status independently. Without that separation, a change caused by recognition could easily be mistaken for a profile effect.

FIELD NOTE 03

Necessary force and unnecessary escalation

The interview's emphasis on conduct makes escalation an important distinction to track. It does not give us a numerical definition of necessary violence. We therefore do not assign penalties to a shot, reward a clean escape with a made-up score, or promise that suppression guarantees a particular profile.

A useful launch comparison would hold the objective constant while varying what happens during the escape. The mission, protagonist, starting state and any scripted events would have to be recorded. This is a verification plan, not advice about an unreleased optimal route.

FIELD NOTE 04

Relationship state is a different record

Jason and Lucia's bond is not interchangeable with their treatment of other people. A shared criminal event may be relevant to more than one system, but relevance does not prove that both use the same variable. We do not merge romance, aggression and wanted stars into a single reputation statistic.

Likewise, the fact that there are two protagonists does not by itself prove two fully independent profile meters. Until a readable interface or a precise explanation establishes that detail, the data field remains unknown rather than being filled by analogy with another game.

FIELD NOTE 05

What changes this answer after release

A readable profile screen, a direct explanation of categories, or a repeatable release-build comparison could replace specific unknowns. We would record the build, platform, mission context and source alongside each result, not simply replace the whole page with a more confident headline.

No profile-tier micro-pages are being published. The existing URL can absorb verified categories, reset behavior and consequences when they deserve a guide. That keeps the answer in one place and avoids forcing readers through multiple pages to discover that the underlying values are still unknown.

QUESTIONS, WITHOUT GUESSWORK

Criminal Profile: FAQ

Is Criminal Profile the same as RDR2 Honor?

No direct one-to-one equivalence is supported. Nelson describes criminal conduct rather than an imported good-versus-evil reward system.

Is Criminal Profile the wanted level?

They answer different questions. Police pursuit belongs to the wanted-system record; behavior and world response belong here.

Are Professional, Aggressive, Violent and Psycho confirmed tiers?

We have not verified that complete four-tier scale from the accessible primary record. Do not treat the names as final UI categories.

Does shooting once make you a violent criminal?

No verified threshold assigns a profile to one shot. Context and exact scoring remain unknown.

Do Jason and Lucia have separate profiles?

The exact per-protagonist storage and interaction rules are not established in the sources checked for this update.

Can a profile shatter or be reset?

A complete reset or shatter rule has not been verified. Unknown does not mean that reversal is impossible.

Will aggressive play lock an ending?

No ending-by-profile table is established here. General discussion of consequences cannot supply a specific ending requirement.

Should I avoid all violence to see everything?

There is no verified all-content playstyle or no-missables prescription. We will not invent one before released-game checks.

RELEASE STRIKE / NEXT EVIDENCE GATE

What will change this file?

A new attributable interview, an official specification or a repeatable released-build result can update an individual claim. We record the source, build and context rather than converting a preview into a final rule. Unsupported values remain empty, and future detail routes stay out of the sitemap until they can answer a real question.
