CURRENT ANSWER

Rockstar has not announced a final GTA 6 download or installed size. Current retailer placeholders, console estimates, and social posts should not be treated as authoritative file-size information.

Preload date does not reveal size

Rockstar's store currently states when preload begins, but the date alone does not establish download bytes or final installed storage.

What would change this answer

Official console-store metadata, a Rockstar support article, or verified preload data would support platform-specific figures with timestamps.

Rockstar has not announced GTA 6 PC system requirements. Because the current platform statement names PS5 and Xbox Series X|S without a PC release, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, operating-system, and feature requirements circulating online are speculative.
